Welcome to Space Cowboy. We are committed to providing each of our guests with an exceptional dining experience and a warm welcome. In this section, we outline our Terms of Service to ensure clarity and mutual respect between our guests and our staff. Our aim is to create a welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and respected. Reservation Policy

When making a reservation with us, guests can expect prompt confirmation and courteous service. We encourage guests to communicate any special requests or accommodations they may require at the time of booking, and we strive to accommodate these requests whenever possible. If you are planning a reservation for a large party, please contact us directly via email at contact@spacecowboyatx.com, and we will respond promptly to assist you. To secure your reservation, a $35 per person fee will be charged for any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled reservation time, whether through our reservation system, by phone, or via email. Please note that we have a 2-hour dining time limit for all reservations, which we may enforce as needed.

Changes to party size. We kindly ask that any changes to your party size be communicated to us at least 24 hours before your reservation time. This helps us ensure a smooth dining experience for all our guests. You can update your party size through our reservation system or by contacting us directly. By doing so, you enable us to make any necessary adjustments to accommodate your group comfortably.

No-shows for reservations. In the event of a no-show for a reservation, we may apply a $35 per person charge to cover costs and mitigate the impact on our operations. We enforce this policy consistently and fairly across all reservations, as it allows us to manage our seating capacity effectively and provide excellent service to all our guests.

Wait time notice

While we make every effort to minimize wait times for both reservations and walk-in guests, please understand that wait times may vary depending on factors such as peak hours and unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding during busy periods, and we strive to ensure that all guests are seated as promptly as possible.

Notice of Possible Cancellations

At Space Cowboy Restaurant, we are committed to serving all our guests with excellence every day. However, there may be occasions when we need to cancel reservations due to various reasons beyond our control. These reasons may include violations of our Terms of Service, weather-related issues, rudeness to our staff, or emergency repairs or maintenance. We communicate any cancellations promptly and transparently, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Our goal is to provide a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for all our guests, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these matters.

  • Weather-related cancellations. Our restaurant may cancel reservations due to weather-related issues for supplies and safety reasons.

  • Violations of our terms of service. Our terms of service are developed for the betterment of all guests (and staff) to ensure an enjoyable time with us. If consistent violations occur, we may choose to enforce cancellations on all future reservations.

  • Rudeness to staff. Our staff is the backbone of service at our restaurant. While they aim to serve each guest with respect and kindness, this expectation goes both ways. We strive to deliver an enjoyable and welcoming experience for all guests. However, we reserve the right to refuse service to any guests who demonstrate ill intent or do not value common courtesy.

  • Repairs & maintenance. Sometimes emergency repairs or maintenance need to be conducted before the restaurant can open. In such cases, we will communicate with you as soon as possible if we need to cancel your reservations on the day repairs or maintenance are scheduled.
